We offer straightforward pricing and avoid all bait and switch marketing schemes.

Code Blue Upholstery & Carpet Cleaning’s Carpet Cleaning Process is as follows:

  1. Carpet Evaluation and Client Education
  2. Pre-vacuuming
  3. Pre-conditioning of All Areas To Be Cleaned
  4. Pre-conditioning Agitation
  5. Truck-mounted Steam Extraction
  6. Spot Treatment & Removal
  7. Secondary Extraction
  8. Client Inspection
  9. Quick Dry
  10. Carpet Grooming
  11. Post Deodorizing
  12. Final Walk-through and Evaluation With Client

One of the most frequently asked questions we receive is, “Do you move furniture?” We do! We ask that our clients have all breakable items removed from the areas to be cleaned. We would prefer other small items such as lamps, end tables, magazine racks, etc. be moved prior to our arrival. Couches, tables and recliners can be moved during the cleaning process and replaced after the legs of the furniture have been protected. Please inform our technicians of any damaged furniture legs, loose tops etc. before having the items moved. Any larger items such as entertainment centers, bookcases, and buffets will need to be moved by our clients or we can clean safely around them.

The following will assist us in better serving you:
• Pin or secure all drapery a minimum of 1 foot above the carpet.
• Secure all upholstered furniture skirts that may touch the carpet.
• Locate any spots or problems areas you would like our technicians to evaluate so we may determine the appropriate cleaning process.
• Secure all pets in a safe place. Cleaning can be very stressful for animals so a quite area is advisable.
